Tag Rugby & Cricket Success

Tag Rugby Team Third in East of England
Our tag rugby team have added to their considerable achievements this season by finishing third in the East of England. Representing Norfolk as County Champions, they travelled to Chigwell in North London on the 30th June where they competed against successful teams from as far apart as Cambridgeshire and Middlesex. They played six games, remaining unbeaten until their final and decisive match against the Suffolk champions. This, their only defeat in a memorable year, meant that they missed out on the National Finals by the narrowest of margins!

Girl’s Cricket Team Reach East of England Quarter Finals
Our girl’s cricket team represented Norfolk in the East of England Championship, held at Mildenhall Cricket Club in Suffolk, where they performed excellently before losing narrowly in the quarter-finals to the Essex champions. Although they were disappointed to be beaten, their achievement in being one of the best eight teams in the whole of the Eastern Counties is never the less one to be really proud of!
