The key to this is the variety of colours that were used for the same image.
We can produce something similar if we learn how to use a graphics program called PAINT.net.
The other thing to explore is how to create Illusions like the one below.
This demands a good understanding of object drawing to complete the image. This could be created in either Word or Textease.
