Keeping yourself healthy is a lifetimes work.

Eating the right balance of food to keep your body healthy is vital.

Food provides the energy for growth and respiration.

Roughly 70% of the energy goes to keeping the body going and 30% is used in when you're active.

All animals require a wide variety of nutrients to keep the body healthy.

Keeping yourself active and taking exercise is an important part of keeping healthy

Not smoking or drinking alcohol and only taking drugs that are helpful when you are ill are very important in keeping your body and mind healthy especially when you are young.
